Projet de médiation culturelle impliquant 12 athlètes sportifs des équipes de soccer, tennis, cross-country, basketball et badminton des Dynamiques de Sainte-Foy :
« Fasciné par les aspects structurés et émotionnels du sport, Jeffrey Poirier a initié un atelier où les participants devaient représenter graphiquement le souvenir de leur meilleur match sous forme d'un diagramme circulaire. Partant du principe que la structure d'un match est constamment liée aux émotions de l'athlète, cet atelier visait à illustrer de manière créative et abstraite la façon dont les participants ressentent le rythme de leur sport. Les graphiques résultants, inspirés des repères traditionnels du sport et de l'état d'esprit des athlètes, mettent en lumière l'auto-analyse nécessaire à la performance sportive. Le terme "lices", désignant la délimitation d'un terrain sportif, donne son titre à l'exposition, offrant un regard intime sur le vécu des athlètes en marge du public. Les œuvres géométriques de l'exposition évoquent l'équilibre, l'unité et la cohésion présents sur le terrain, tout en intégrant les travaux des étudiants. »

Art with community project involving 12 sports athletes from the Sainte-Foy Dynamiques soccer, tennis, cross-country, basketball and badminton teams:
“Fascinated by the structured and emotional aspects of sport, Jeffrey Poirier initiated a workshop where participants had to graphically represent the memory of their best match in the form of a pie chart. Based on the principle that the structure of a match is constantly linked to the athlete's emotions, this workshop aimed to illustrate in a creative and abstract way how participants feel the rhythm of their sport. The resulting graphics, inspired by traditional sporting cues and the athletes' state of mind, highlight the self-analysis necessary for sporting performance. The term “lices”, referring to the delimitation of a sports field, gives the exhibition its title, offering an intimate look at the experiences of athletes on the bangs of the public. The geometric works in the exhibition evoke the balance, unity and cohesion present on the field, while integrating the students' work.”
